Year 2007 Roundup

It's the last day of Year 2007.
Gosh time flies.

Someone asked me yesterday "What made you happy and sad this year?"
I couldn't answer that question.
My excuse was there are too many to put into words.
Fact is...seemed like I was never truly happy.

Another commented that I tend to keep what I truly felt to myself.
I put up a strong cheerful front to disguise what I felt beneath.
Perhaps he was right. Coz from the many times i really shared what I really felt, things never got better anyway.
So what is the point?

From the year's trials and tribulations, I came out a newer, stronger person?
Nah...that's bullshit.
I never did change much. Onslaughts from previous years have already moulded me.
I still cry alright but once the tears are dried....I have to move on.

It is with this firm determination that I shall step into the new year.
