Decisions

A decision was made today.
Or rather, I believe that decision was made some time ago.

Many times, I just refused to see that decision and persisted.
Somehow hoping with enough time, the decision made would be different.

Alas, I ran out of time.

My friend just told me over lunch today, "If you cant make yourself happy, how will you be able to make others happy?"

Simplest of words yet so true.

After so much that had transpired, bye ends it all.
Or does it? Will I be able to close my eyes and will it away like a dream?
I doubt it.
Then again, it's out of my hands now and no longer will decisions of mine make a difference.

Well the friend that said that true enough sentence gonna give you another which i borrow it from Thomas Edison. "I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward."

Everything you and I do, we do either out of our need to avoid pain or our desire to gain pleasure.

Which in this case, it might not be either.

For most people, the fear of loss is much greater than the desire for gain.

Last but not least, stay committed to your decisions my dear, but stay flexible in your approach.
